My first concern, of course, was "Is this monster going to fit in my case?".
The size of the Swiftech was a little daunting, and I wasn't sure if there would
be clearance for it to fit with the way the power supply was mounted.

She's a beauty!

Looking down from the top of the in-Win case, you can see the setup. While there was
plenty of room for the old cooling fan, I didn't hold much hope that the new one was
going to fit.

Can you say "no damn way"? I knew you could! I like the way you say that!.
The Swiftech MCX426 was about 1/2 an inch taller than the space allowed by my old case.

This isn't going to work

So, after a quick jaunt over to Best Buy, I picked up the Antec SX830 workstation case.

Time to supersize
|
Looking inside of the Antec, you can see why I chose it.
Since it was just a bit taller than my old in-Win, the power supply was located higher up, leaving
more room for the components.
The dual 80mm fans in the back (that vent out right next to the processor) should help keep things
nice and cool.
