Bring Out Your Dead (part V)!! "Yo... Dude.... Encap's zookin' off your deck!!!" - zzottt

On Saturday, 01/20/01, we had what can only be called "A massive, kick-ass, frag-fest, and drunk-o-ramma... in amazing 3D (accelerator card required)". We did things a bit different this time. I had opened up the ports on my Cisco 675 to allow people from outside the house to join in (and they did). I also changed the seating arrangement so that things wouldn't get so damn hot in the house (that many computers, monitors, and bodies generate a lot of heat). The overall effect was an incredible experience, and pry the most fun I've ever had at a lan party. Like the last party We had an amazing 29 or so computers and something like 40+ people at the house. Several people also joined from the outside world via the dsl (So I don't have an accurate headcount for players). The party started at 6:00 pm and ended at 6:30 am (12 1/2 hours of hot LAN action!!). Here's what the chaos looked like:
