I found this baby on eBay this morning.
Here's the Description:

Tucker desk ashtray, good condition. Car has about 50% paint. Base has about 80%
paint. Car measures 8" by 3" by 2" high. Base - 7 3/4" by 8 3/4". This is a dealer
promotional from 1948. Car lifts up to expose a compartment, diecast. Nice piece
to restore or just leave original. Has Tucker in raised letters on base. Bidder
to pay shipping. Payment may be made by m.o./cashiers check or personal check.
