Bring Out Your Dead!

"It just isn't a party till you throw the circuit breakers at least once!"

- Bio

On Saturday, June 3rd, 2000, we had the second "Bring Out Your Dead" LAN party. While I don't have many pictures of the event (I was busy getting killed by the company), we did have a blast.

Around 20 machines showed up that night, and everything went well (if you don't count the fact that some monkey plugged both ends of a cat5 cable into the same hub, creating a nifty feedback loop and massive network lag!).
Mark is doing his best by the window, Jim is downloading the lastest drivers in an attempt to make his video card work properly (foreground).

My son is bugging Zzottt (to the right).
Zzottt, Jim, and Josh.
Some guy, Bill, and Bryan (hey... it looks like the "unknown" guy is giving Bill help).

Oh.. and remember how I said someone made a feedback loop with a hub... well, it's sitting right next to Brian... and no one else was there (that's not an accusation... just an observation).
Dan, Brian, and Ceasar try to ignore my son and concentrate on the task at hand... the other teams flag!
Rick, Jerry, some guy I've never met, and Steve dominate us from the 2nd floor. (Steve had this annoying habit of screaming "Eat this, Bitch!" when he killed someone... and that was a lot! The bastard is good!)
My neighbor, Ben, came over to find out what was causing all the noise. We then dubbed him "Bullet Sponge" and tossed him in front of my computer.

He gave it his best, but inevitably lived up to the name we gave him.
Oh yeah... and if you think YOU have LAN parties.... wait till you see the one we have planned for August!! ("Bring out your Dead part III" is coming soon!)
