I’ve been fairly busy the last few days.

There’s been an issue at a customer site that’s required my attention. After spending the past week or so working on it, things looks like I may have it whipped today (if they will answer their phones or email that is).

I’ve also quit taking my painkillers. As I’ve been on them for over 9 months, and they’re quite addictive, my body is most unimpressed with me at the moment. There have been a lot of the typical withdrawal symptoms (shakes, general crappy and drained feeling, vomiting, and of course… my personal favorite: explode-o-ass!). Wheeeeee, fun!

My brother in law came over for a while yesterday. As we were both fairly bored, we got into a deathmatch (which was great fun, as I haven’t done that since we quit hosting lan parties a year ago). Of course, he got all nostalgic, so we installed DOOM (something I haven’t played in years). It was a riot!!

I wish I were more entertaining today, but honestly… I feel like crap and am headed back to bed. I leave you with this:
