I got an IM from someone that the website was all screwed up when viewed with Firefox. The title graphic appeared to fall off the top of the screen.

I’ve made some tweaks and hopefully I’ve corrected that problem. Now to figure out why the rap is different under Firefox than it is with IE.

I also just made a change to my database to hopefully kill off that bastard ass “online texas holdem poker” POS that’s been slamming me with trackbacks. Time will tell if it actually works. If so… I have several more installs on the box to tweak (yay… fun!).

Other news:
I’ve been so busy fixing other peoples computers that apparently I’ve been missing some issues at my place. The REV drive I got for my server is dead (I haven’t even had time to set it up yet!). I popped in a cartrage and all it does is click and whir (same sound that a hard drive makes when the tracking arm dies). Time to see if I can RMA it, I guess.

Also… I WILL NOT FIX YOUR COMPUTER! I am all done working on other machines for a while (except for Judy’s… I still have to look at yours). I am on vacation from what appears to be my global responsibility. Routers, access points, and printers to into that catagory too. Figure it out… I did.

Again with the drive-by spamming!

I’ve been pretty lucky with the fix I put in to block these ass holes in the comments section of the website, but they’ve apparently changed their tactics: now they use trackbacks. I’ve deleted about 600 of these in the past 12 hours… all from the same lame ass online casino (and the URL they put in there doesn’t even work… monkeys!)

What part of “I don’t want you shit on my site” do you have a problem with? Do I come over to your house and crap on your lawn? No? Then don’t do the same to my site, Ass clowns!

Time to to look at trackbacks and block ’em I guess.
