Funny thing is… I lived in the midwest from 6th grade until I graduated high school. Of course, I made fun of anyone who called lunch “dinner” and dinner “supper” (and did you know that a “lunch” is a snack?). Of course, many people there “warsh” their hands too.
That’s why I moved to Warshington.
never heard of any of those terms for a cake course, tho….
1My wife is from Oaklahoma. She warshes stuff all the time. When she’s sleepy, she’s “tarred” and she pinches me to remind me that I’m not dreaming she “peenches” me. That mindwestern stuff is kinda strange. It ain’t be much like English if ya ask me dawg.
